| "In 1978, I was distressed. The lab I was using was not capable and not willing to produce the standard of print quality or customer service quality I knew I needed to stay in business. I consulted a retired photographer friend as to my dilemma and asked for his advice. He told me about a relatively new lab that a friend of his had started. It was Miller’s Professional Imaging. I was lucky that it was January because that was the only month one could get an account at Miller’s. I was lucky again when they opened an account for me.
