Order Fulfillment
When your clients choose to order from your images, we bill their credit
card (Visa or Mastercard only) and then accept the order for fulfillment. They will have the
opportunity to print a receipt upon check-out, but will also receive an
email confirmation and hard copy receipt with their prints. Your studio
information is placed on all receipts, giving the appearance that the
order came directly from you. (Note: International transactions and shipping not available.)
You can elect to have orders shipped to you or to your clients. Our
packaging that goes to your client does not include Miller's branding.
We use plain white boxes with our typical secure packaging materials.
Your clients will pay our set fee for whichever shipping method is chosen.
We keep only 10% of each sale and credit the remainder to your account
with us. If your credit balance is not absorbed by other lab orders, we
will be happy to pay you the credit balance on a monthly basis upon request.
