Negative Retouching
As an alternative to scanning your negatives and performing digital retouching and printing, we offer a negative retouching service. (Not available for 35mm negatives.) We can soften facial lines and remove all skin blemishes. Prints from negatives that have been retouched require Traditional Artwork.

Traditional Artwork
Traditional artwork is basically the "clean-up" of our negative retouching - darkening and toning down certain areas, adding/removing catch lights in the eyes, enhancing eyes, and removing eyeglass glare. This work is done by hand and can also be done to digital prints. If transitioning to digital, our Traditional Artwork may be a good option for you, giving your prints a more conventional look.
