Create and view multiple schedules.

Book{m} makes scheduling easy. Set up a calendar for all shooters, then monitor appointments by day or month. If schedules don’t change much, set up a recurring schedule.

Manage different appointment types and options.

Define appointment types based on your studio, and add on services you typically provide, such as outdoor or on-location sessions. With our easy import feature, you can quickly pull certain services from sessions previously created.

Pad your appointment times.

Need a little extra time built in for certain appointments? Book{m} gets it, giving you the ability to pad your appointment times for special circumstances, like traveling, setting up, or breaking down.

Pull your daily appointments.

Book{m} keeps you organized and on track by allowing you to export your appointments into a spreadsheet, including important info like appointment times, client names, and phone numbers.

Clients Book & Pay Online

Book{m} provides your clients an easy, online option for setting up appointments and paying session fees online.

It’s convenient for clients.

Customers can book an appointment at their convenience based on available dates from your schedule. They can even select special add-ons for their session like multiple locations or clothing changes.

Payments accepted online.

Book{m} also accepts online payments for fees via PayPal, Pay Junction, and Authorize.net before the session. Because you’ve already collected session fees prior to an appointment, no shows are no longer a worry. Use PayPal, Pay Junction or Authorize.net only, or use PayPal & Pay Junction or PayPal & Authorize.net together.

Send customized reminders.

Book{m} will send three customized emails to clients, reminding them of their appointments. If a cell number is provided, a Short Message Service (SMS) will go out the day before the appointment.

Losing vital customer data is impossible because Book{m} provides you with a detailed customer list, and keeps all their contact info in one spot.

Book{m} will collect and store valuable contact info, like addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses. Your clients fill out their personal info when signing up for a session.

Add up to four custom fields when collecting customer data, like birthdays and children’s names.

You can export all customer information to a CSV file by either all customers or by a specific service type.
